At some point, everyone must answer the question:
"What are you fighting for?"
The answer is rarely simple. Truly, the important things never are.
Freedom, peace, ideals, power, love. All surely worth defending.
But choice, I believe, is the noblest of pursuits.
The will to choose our path in life is what I am fighting for.
What I am prepared to die for.
It is what makes us great.
Those who would strip us of choice would strip us of our humanity.
They fear the power that choice permits us.
Power that they do not have. And they are envious.
I choose to live. I choose to live freely.
And I choose to fight.
To fight for choice.
