Maybe it's just because I'm Merovingian, but this has to be the slowest week story wise in just about forever.

Probably because they've been (literally) all over the map in the Real lately:

"It's a rather busy time for those of us on the Community Team. This summer has been chalked full of events from Block Party, to Fan Faire, to every Con imaginable, and now we're going to be showing up at AGDC"

And they mention that story-wise, they're sitting on some things...it'll be interesting to see what the suspense is all about...

I'm hoping a Producer's Letter will follow this Development meeting telling us some of their ideas. I, personally, would rather hear ideas and hopes than wait another two/three months for them to announce one thing.

Yeah I don't care if they come out or not. I'd just like to see what might be possible down the pipeline from the Dev team.

Keep in mind that the only ideas that we can discuss (if any) would have to be gameplay based and not story based ideas since spoilers are a big no-no.

Well.... Halloween is like 8 weeks away, so... would be nice to hear whether something is planned for this year. I hope there'll be another Halloween event, won't it?!? Has always been fun.

I just want my snow for the christmass event. But that's a ways off, halloween I could care less about cause I don't like my PC on full brightness... I'm SO glad I know midian park like the back of my hand.

I'm hoping that this absence is because he's trying to get Walrus to write a Producer's Letter.

And for that matter, where is our Producer's Letter?

(This in no way can be labeled spam, because in his 5 week old article, he states that the development team had had meeting. I am expecting information on this meeting, the most logical being in the form of a Producer's Letter.)

Well it's not a producers letter but Rare has posted this which indicates what the team are working on at the moment....

It's great news and I think everyone appreciates it but having said that; I don't think Rarebit should be saddled with tasks like Week In Review and Production Synopses on top of everything else he has to do. Honestly, the less mucking about he has to put up with the easier it is for him to do his job.

I think they should stop calling it the Week in Review and call it the Year in Review instead. It just fits better, you know?
