The name belongs to a man, or the man to the name. They tell me I knew him well, worked with him, shared a ship with him, even laughed with him. They seem very pleased to have him back among us. Even Veil, who, I have some evidence for thinking, harbors a deep and abiding hatred for anyone who might potentially question her authority, appears utterly delighted by his unexpected return.
 
I remember him distinctly--remember every word I exchanged with him, every shared conversation and battle.
 
But these memories belong to someone else.

Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me back with open arms.  The rest of you are rather insignificant, and dare I say worthless in the grand scheme of things.

I've made note of your complaints to have me back though.  I'll keep that in mind should our paths ever cross.

Hm, this operation sounds almost familiar. You didn't know of his disappearance or why he disappeared, only different thing is when he tried to return you didn't exile him and try to kill him when he asked for you forgiveness and his return. Hm.
