2 problems in 1

I have the account in use bug, thats the first one, the easy fix. The other one is a bit tougher. My main character, Galador, keeps getting deleted. Brewko has restored him to me a few times, and I have been over this with him and with another issue that was recently fixed. I just got back in game today after my passwrod was changed for me, and my main is yet again deleted. Help me out here guys, could ya?
