Can someone please tell me why my abilitys cant be re-equiped and it says Im not high enough lvl etc. (lvl 50) is 50 still the highest? Also I was a Master Assassin and I have all the abilitys for the entire tree but like I said I cant equip anything at all cept hyper jump lol. Can anyone help an old school beta noob?

Perhaps you're talking about the Zen Master abilities that have been raised to lv 99 to prevent use? I do know that the lv cap to all abilities in CR2 were raised to 50, so you might have some abilities that were previous capped at 30 or something that you need to update. Just make sure you do a thorough check before equipping anything.
I never played zen master only master assassin... says Im missing the " pre req's" to equip them... I did notice lvl 50 hyper str says lvl 99 lmao
The reason you may be missing some of the things needed to load Master Assassin is because they tweaked the Spy trees for the Combat Revision. Some of the skills from one branch got moved to ther other and vice versa. It's quite possible something you never had because it was part of the other branch has now been moved into the branch you're trying to load, thus screwing the branch up.
So what do I do cause I have noticed Im missing a couple of abilitys but I cant figure out how to hyper jump or put my abilitys on the hot bar lmao... Its like I never played

To put your stuff on the hotbar, you open your Actions list by either pressing K or using the menu on the left side of that compass thing in the middle/bottom of the screen. You can then just drag and drop into the hotbar. 
Hyperjump can be done using a hotbar shortcut, or either of the two keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Space or Alt+J (I think that's what they are anyway.. I never use Alt+J and I changed the bind for Ctrl+Space lol )
To get the abilities you are missing, you can either buy them from a vendor (check mxoresource.com for the locations of vendors for spy/operative stuff), buy them off the marketplace at any hardline or in the loading area, or you can have another player make them for you (or make them yourself). If they are higher level abilities, you may not be able to buy them from a vendor, and may have to craft them or have someone else do it.
Makes perfect sense... its like its all coming back to me now lmao BUT I had all the nodes in downtown etc. but agents keep pwning me for no reason I even have all the hardlines located etc. anyone know if I need to maybe rediscover all the nodes or what?
What org do you work for? Due to the current hostilties, Mero and Zion ops are targeted whether they have the nodes tagged or not.. or so I've heard anyway *flashes Machinist crest on his uniform*
well Im maxed out zion but faction really doesnt matter to me lol sux if thats true... Btw Im on what used to be Method server.
Well, best stick to Richland then hehe Still, I agree it is a little crappy. Makes sense storywise and all that, of course, but it's no fun to have to stay out of some of the nicest areas.
im switching to machine lol the zion pvpers are pathedic. no offense... figures horde pwn in wow imps own in swg and machines own in matrix... i knew there was a reason this was the last game i played the good guys in

While Zion is a universal disgrace on most servers (with the exception of some), it's a toss up between Merovingian and Machine in most cases.
