How do I craft/code the new gloves and data mining tools?

 I don't know for sure where to post this.

I must be missing a piece of information because I have the scrambler and extractor permission sets and made the extractor schematic but I can't make the extractor.

Also, I made the quicksilver compilation tool but can't make the gloves.

Can someone write down detailed step by step instructions please? Yah, I'm a bit slow on the uptake here, but would appreciate any help with instructions.

If I remember right, at least on the 0.4 Scrambler, you have to get the permission set and then a frag to write the actual tool. I think that one comes from the single level 65 Agent spawn.

As for the Gloves, once you get and use the Quicksilver Luggable, you should just upload nad be able to write them because I believe it gives you 2 of the frags that are needed to write them. If for some reason you can't write the gloves, leave word and I'll send you a pair because I have a spare frag or 4.
