This occurred only a few moments ago.
I was signed out of MxO due to some lag issues and was going to reboot my machine after it told me that:
Error: Could not initialize internet connection. You must be connected to play. The Application will now close.
At first, I thought it was a hiccup in my modem because it did spaz out earlier and I had to unplug and reconnect my Ethernet cable in order to resume game play.
But now that this occurred, I rebooted my machine and still the same thing. I have tried unplugging and disconnecting my modem entirely, waiting about a min. then reconnecting it. Still nothing.
It's befuddling though because I have surf the net and go to websites, but can't use MxO, MSN or anything.
It's annoying really...
