Well, sweeties, sometimes when you don't have that spoonful of sugar handy, you've just got to make do. Still, it's all for the best! These lists of names from Zion sure are handy.

you know, I'll give the cypherites something. They may be run by a sociopath-hysteric-blood-thirsty-pain-in-the-nards psycho *CENSORED*. But they have access to our freaking files, how sad is that?

Woohoo this was pretty much the ID's event here. Wish I coulda been there.
((btw, I have to say this was almost exactly what I see as the Cyphs main mission now: stop awakenings))

Good work my brothers and sisters, sometimes we must use the extreme to keep the people dreaming, and that's all that matters. So what was the homework she gave you guys?

Here's the important part:
"The blue pill will block the trace program as long as it's in Sven's system."

Interesting, so the bluepill merely hinders the trace program while the sleeper sleeps. I wonder if anyone's given it any thought that the memories and questions won't just disappear should the potential decided to dwell on what seemed to be a dream rather then forget it and that by not allowing the possibility to awaken the person administering the pills has left an unstable mind within a system that demands compliancy to it's standards unable to do anything about it.

We all got a blue pill and that's it.

So, no choice at all then? Don't think some of these people would rather not be a battery?

If you would refer to an employee at a company, a soldier in a unit, or a teacher in a school as a pawn, then the word must've been redefined. Sorry, I didn't get the memo. The fact of the matter is that I work for an employer who I happen to be fond of, and I am rewarded in return for my efforts. I'd go into the whole cause and effect lecture but I think you get the drift. On every occasion that I've met with the Merovingian, he has treated me as an equal...unlike the Machines who all but disown you. I'll always know where I stand with my employer. Another luxury that the Cypherites will have to do without I guess.
There are additional ironies to highlight... the design of the Matrix requires a certain percentage of bluepills to be awoken to remain stable..... The pill might reject the trace program but offers no means to prevent the bluepill rejecting the matrix (for if one existed the machine woudl surely have used it), pretty soon we could be hip deep in ex-bluepills both unable to escape and completely unable to accept the simulation - a virus that would rapidly infect everyone else - The Cyperites are fuelling a potential cascade of global proportions that would knock their ambition stone dead!

An exercise in futility. It's as if you Cypherites have chosen to ignore the fact that you're pawns of your respective organization, and that you really don't technically have a purpose anymore. Forcing a blue pill down someone's throat for a temporary "fix" is hardly what I would call productive to your cause. Just the fact that your organization operates on such a small scale makes makes you the comic relief of this never ending soap opera that we call the Matrix. I suppose little escapades like this keep you people from being anything more than a nuisance though...Y'know. Actually effecting the outcome of this "war".
And to Haigen: When you feel like getting out of the revolving door that is the Cypherite cause, ring me up. I'm sure that the Merovingian would have some work a little more worthy of your skill...and maybe some rewards more refined than a cheap slab of cow.
Spoken by another pawn of the Merovingian, no less.

How are you differently rewarded than any of us?

Trying to force a descision without giving the appropriate options will backfire. Such oppression will undoubtedly produce a culmination of resistance of some sort, equal if not greater. Keeping the masses in when they really want out does not help your 'system' and it will eventually counter by trying to add something to balance the equation. Your guess is as good as mine as to what that One thing could be.
