Guten abend,

I have taken it upon myself to offer business contracts on behalf of numerous interests within The Matrix. I no longer wish to concern myself with the politics of your disputes. I just concern myself with what is important and immaterial. But I won't belabour the point of my disaffection and apathy with the internecine warfare that plagues both the worlds we live in. I'll just get to the point.

These interests perceive problems to their advancement or the maintenance of their current state of welfare. Therefore, they have empowered me to act as their agent and hand out contracts for "problem-solvers" to deal with "obstacles to progress".

I have the first of many contracts displayed below. Please do contact me, Austrian, should you wish to accept the offer of independent contract, your term of employment expiring once the target has, ah, expired as well. ((You can also contact me in-game to find out ways to interfere with a contract that has been handed out to hitmen.))

Contract: Jimmy

Dossier: Jimmy, or JM-3 as he is more properly known, is a Resource Surveillance Program which monitors the vicinity of important Machine assets for potential threats and then alerts The System when such a threat presents itself. He takes the form of a man in a hot dog suit advertising for a chain of fast food restaurants called "Chomp-and-Go". The bizarre cover is intended to act as a smokescreen toward Redpills and Exiles as to his true purpose within The System.

Where someone to find and delete JM-3, the way would be opened for an attack upon a sensitive Machine target while The System processes the drop in surveillance information and pin-points the security breach.

JM-3 can usually be found downtown, prowling the Chelsea neighbourhood with unimaginative sales pitches composed of "fast food puns".
