As a bluepill, he was born on March 3, 1962, so he was 37 years old when extracted.
*CENSORED*, that was quick. thought it would be a difficult question to answer. Where does it say when he was born though? Does Smith say it to him in the surveillance room after he gets caught in the first movie? Yeah...I think i remember that's where it's from.

Huh? No it's not. Neo's date of birth never comes up in that scean or in the movies. It's written on one of the sheets in front of Smith as March 11 1962 but thats it.

Ah, well in the case you would be Correct then ^^ So yeah he was 37 and if he is/was still alive 39.
The character profiles in Enter the Matrix give Neo's age as 35, as I recall.
