Mobile vs. Standard Satellites

Since the patch the normal satellite boosters are bugged: They behave the same way as the mobile ones - slower upload speed and only +2 on Write Code. Please re-establish a difference between mobile and standard boosters. Means: +5 on Write Code at a normal Sat

Seconded. I was wondering if I was just mistaken before, but I guess I was right after all. Old satellite bonuses back pls.
