Please email me any and all relevant information about the Joker, including emails from liasion officers. I have since deleted all the information I had on him, assuming that this particular story had been ended. Clearly, I was wrong, and now I'm gonna re-launch my investigation to better understand this threat.

Edit: Turns out I don't need additional logs. The Broadcast has everything I need to start fresh. I'm going to leave this comms stream open while I put down my own future notes on this phenomenon.
