Bugs and baby oil coverd clothing FTL
Story FTMFW!
As for shiny clothes... it hasn't affected me thus far. I have been rather lucky in the bug department too. Just wish there would be some information released on what the Truce contained so we wouldn't have all this guessing and *poop*.
Overall though good stuff.
A few tweaks on the colour tints (shineyness doesn't really look that bad to me really)
I like the mystery in some of the content, more of that please ^^
Hacker Style now gives an additional 6 points of viral accuracy.
What's this, hacker is getting some love? I predict some threads about it being overpowered soon.
The Matrix Online Story Continues in Chapter 8.1!
Chapter 8.1 critical missions begin on Thursday, July 12th, with another new mission arriving on each of the four following Thursdays: July 19th, July 26th, August 2nd, and August 9th.
Amazing start to the story!
Changes and Improvements
- Adjusted, updated, or created alternate RSIs for the Merovingian, Persephone, Agent Pace, Agent Gray (and all standard Machine Agents), the Kid, Shimada, Cryptos, Veil, Ghost, and Niobe. For the most part, these characters will keep their old looks in previous archived missions.
- Tickets for archived versions of the chapter 7 missions are available from archivist vendors, and a new chapter 7 FX reward item is available from org vendors.
- A Basic Data Tap is now 25% less effective than a regular Data Tap.
- Removed the level-scaling cap on the Heal and Upgrade Area Radius attribute. The cap was 1 per character level, ie 50 at level 50, which was preventing Patchers from getting the full benefit of the buff conferred by the Patcher's Headgear. There is still an absolute cap at 100. (Thanks Aquatium.)
- Hacker Style now gives an additional 6 points of viral accuracy.
- Darkened the "AD SPACE FOR RENT" texture.

Nice but I would like to see rewards for each one, like Mercury.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed some specular highlight environment maps that weren't rendering correctly in-game. Highlights will appear as originally intended on various things that didn't show them properly before, like Agent glasses.
- The mission contact Mercury in Uriah has a new mission.
- There is a new collector near the Uriah Southwest hardline.
- Chopper keys can no longer be traded.

- The Industrial Boots, Industrial Pants, and Industrial Shirt can now be traded.
- NPCs with information about running missions have been placed next to Mercury.
- Fixed a logical order problem with the goals in Mercury's fifth mission.
- Fixed some problems with cargo containers in Uriah.
- Fixed some houses in Westview that had odd balcony textures, and that disappeared when viewed from a distance.

- More mission typo fixes!

- Fixed horizon fog color blending in the standard Matrix city weather.
- Failing to write a code with exactly two of the rare fragments in your code archive will no longer consume both fragments.
- The free fire toolbar button will now use the selected gun's range rather than the shorter of the selected and equipped weapon ranges.
- The level 53 "Ravenous Bone Smasher" NPCs in the Creston Museum dungeon now drop loot of the correct level.

- AFK can now be enabled from the menu when the chat window is closed
- Sequences can now move freely both indoors and outdoors.
- The NPC leader in Violet's first mission, "Violent Pacification," no longer assumes your character is male. Two small punctuation fixes were also made to NPC dialogue in this mission.

- Abilities that can be used in interlock but do not create exchanges no longer always hit interlock targets.
- Some bad grammar in a message from an NPC in phase two of the Sculptress' third mission, "The Price of Fame", has been fixed.
- Morpheus no longer gets a weird sloping forehead when viewed from a little ways off.
- Fixed the hat band on the Patcher's Hat and Patcher's Headgear for small male body types (thanks Zudrag).

- Suits gang boss "Manager" no longer uses lupine abilities.
- Using special moves on NPCs as they despawn will no longer break abilities.
- Fixed the mouseover icon for the "Antidote" mission item.
- The level 255 Agents in Zion mission 2.1.2, "Chemical Fear," now use System FM-1500 pistols. (Thanks Zudrag and Ballak.)
Highlight of the patch:- The new player quests are alot better now, and I think, if we can push these mission dudes to have items for everyone then that would be great!
TH

Nice patch. When will the machine 7.2 token be fixed.
A few bugs this time hehe ... but hey Sh!T happens ....
Love the new storyline and the shiny clothing (: ... n1 Devs

- Chopper keys can no longer be traded.
- There is a new collector near the Uriah Southwest hardline.
1.) What does this mean ?
2.) Why can't they be traded anymore ?
3.) What trading sets does he have? (What does he give you)

1) No more opening PB4 on the balcony and staying safe while inside, they come for you.
2) Stops higher levels just giving lower levels the keys that they have hoarded with howwie.
3) Scared of the mobs in Uriah? He is a few steps from the South West HL.

Would a decent answer to the last question have been so hard? Your a meen TEASE ! =(
lawl no jk ... thanks for the answers, but doesnt point 2 mean that NPCs will flee out of mission areas even more now ?

It hasn't happened to me anymore than usual and I have been doing lots of missions as of late. I think it is just the NPCs that could easily be avoided by going indoors so Gang mobs, PBs, Corrupted, NPCs like that. Mission NPCs are designed to stay on the red bits of the mission area and chase you if you switch rooms anyway.
...but doesnt point 2 mean that NPCs will flee out of mission areas even more now ?No, the term 'sequences' only refers to certain kinds of 'spawned' groups of enemies. Mission enemies are unaffected.
Those new luggable ideas sound awesome, also can't wait to see what goodies we can get from the nodes now! Too bad that portable signal booster flags you though...but a cool concept. Also glad to see the mission token fix is going up too, woot!
