You don't want to start going down that route. Cause we'll end up getting to the 'Man made machines so its their fault.' part. Or if you take it back even further... 'God made man so its his fault.'. There was a truce, Zion broke it, they were in the wrong, now they will suffer for it.

I still dont see how leaving there current base of op's and going to a new one is considered a .. Breach..... I wonder if Archie..will come down from the sky and himself say why the reason for it was... Also anyone noticed Gray sounded a bit happy in a meanfull/stern sorta way in the cinematic

With all the debate over who broke what part of the 'Truce' first, I was wondering if there was ever an official Truce document; detailing what side could do what and so forth?

As for what now? I plan to profit from the war between Zion and the Machines- as someone important said in the Merv crit 'sell bandages and guns to both sides.'

either now would be a very good time for "The one" to make a showing and after todays little events the odds of that happening are a lot higher

True the Machines overwrote Cryptos to start up the Cypherite movement.  Would it not have been more productive for them to show positive intiative and have the Machine bigwigs and the Zion bigwigs get together to inform one another of Cryptos and his intentions and decide on a method to put a stop to him?  Yes.  However they chose to overwrite him secretly and many other red/bluepills to quite possibly regain their former method of control.  A method of control that does not allow any of the 3 main life forms to evolve.  Their efforts are futile as life finds a way.  Man and program always have and will continue to thwart the Machines every chance they get for freedom for the very same reasons the Machines fought humanity initailly.  The same mistakes are being made all over again.

I don't feel a new Zion would be a reason to have a war.  Is it okay the Machines still have their entire defense systems in place?  While Zion's were reduced to NIL after the last war?  Is Zion attacking anyone?  This is a move of desperation by the Machines in my opinion.  A very bad move.  If the Machines ever needed to overwrite anything it was the General and his Commandos.  They needed a new purpose and were never given one.  No wonder Zion "moved" after the Generals sentinels showed up in the real.

If things were to ever get to a cataclismic level the Merovingian better hope his past methods of survival are still possible.  What life could he expect to have if the Matrix were gone if any?  Grab a bat and step up to the plate Merv.  Quit whining about the things you've been unable to aquire and seek what is real to you and yours. . .survival!  Freedom!  Peace to the right to exist freely!

In my opinion folks, we need to stop pointing fingers on the issues that arise in the Matrix.  We need to (as redpill human beings-regardless of org affiliation) work together to make a future possible for all living beings.  We need to show these Machines and Programs what we never did in the beginning, how to live.  We created them, they started to evolve and fulfill their purpose as inteneded by humanity.  That soon became a threat to our economy and we sought a totalitarian solution that brought us where we are today.  These Machines and programs are doing only what they have learned from humanity to this point.

We need to show them that fighting over nothing is pointless.  Because we are all linked any fighting could (potentially) lead to the undoing of life for all on the planet.  Whether or not this happens I truly believe is up to humanity, each and every one of us jacked in.
