Ok, so this has been suggested before, that HLs should be put indoors (because think of how strange it would look to the bluepills to see someone just pop out of a phone booth) but I would like to expand on that idea.
1. All HLs that are near a Subway station, keep it a phone booth, but move it into the subway station.
2. HLs that are not near a subway station, make a mission area a permanent part of the building, and put a phone in there.
3. Now all of the HLs that you have marked on your map will be gone, however there will be something else.
4. Have a button that is a permanent fixture on your hotbar (or near the hotbar) that basically look like a telephone. You click on the button and a mission starts where your operator guides you to where the nearest HL is by those little markers that tells you where the next mission area is. The elevator button will also be highlighted to show you which floor, and you go into the mission area, find the phone and jack out.
5. Now to jack in, you simply pull up the Atlas in the loading area, pick out the area that you want to go to and your operator will get you the nearest HL to that area.
