Addin Raw XP to all neighborhoods

What do you guys think?

it would be an alternative resource of lvlin instead of missions, we could collect 20 neighborhood items and trade them for raw xp going accordingly with the level of the mobs.... this would help alot of people who get tired of the grind.... maybe even add it on neighboorhoods from lvl 30+.... or something to that effect....

I'd rather see a 'trade tokens for frags' thing but hey, there's no reason we can't have both SMILEY

Both are my questions SMILEY

I always thought it would make a sort of quest-like system like many other MMO's have, where you can get an item and/or XP for collecting NPC drops, except that you don't have to go start the quest first.
