In phase 2 of this mission you have to kill seven Zionite NPC's. It does not register that you have "eliminted the hostiles" after you kill the seven. I've tried this mission MANY times with the EXACT same result. Looks like I won't be getting my Red Eye effect, all that effort for nothing.
