Well, now.
I was just going to delete a character real quick before giving away $i 150 million to one lucky person in the Matrix (Online) but... Darn my own luck, my account be stuck!

O, cruel fates! Crack my beard and blow my cheeks, or something like that. I just thought I'd put it out here for the sardonic flavor of it all. I really don't want to be bothered to write up some funky script for a CSR because the MxO client refuses to be convenient. The quicker this gets resolved, the faster one person will become $i 150,000,000 richer, everyone. Thanks.

I think you're all misunderstanding.  He's not asking you, the players, to get him unstuck so that you can receive that money.  He already has the winner selected and is simply complaining about the poor customer service on the General Forums, unless I'm mistaken.

All I can say is...I feel your pain.

3 times in less than 24 hours this has happened to me.


ME: Do you have an ETA on when I might be able to get back into the game?
SOE: Should be some time today depends on the number of tickets in game has though.
ME: I don't follow, yesterday both times this happened you all had the issue resolved for me in less than five minutes.
ME: So today it's 'some time today'?

I've been back a month and finger is already hovering over the 'cancel' button.
