I don't know whether everyone else would agree, but I consider that to be racism even though he was totally off the mark.
The org switching comment I made is because, and I heard him actually say this, he's gone Machine only to get a FM-1500 gun, and he has low rep so he can switch at any time he wants. I know not everybody thinks org loyalty is important but joining an org just to get an extremely rare item which suggests you're loyal to a specific group and then leaving is particularly low. And, I don't know about anyone else, but I'd rather not help someone who can go from being my ally to my enemy in just a few missions.
