"Edgewater..." Espi chuckles to himself grasping a local newspaper showing civilians being rushed to a hospital in Richland on its front page. "Perhaps its time I do something..." Grasping his cell phone he goes through his contacts. A name is highlighted "Personal Assasin". He proceeds to press "send". The phone rings and is quickly picked up. Heavy breathing followed by silence is heard from the receiver. Under his black mask he grinned deviously. "We need to talk. The palace. Meet me there in 20."
