Your sentiments are understood and expected.. but have you actually read the EULA you agree to when you log in? SOE doesn't owe us squat because we agreed that they owe us nothing. That being said, I'd be surprised if they didn't try and come up with something to keep people happy. SOE isn't known for being all warm and fuzzy or listening to their customers; BUT they do try when they can. lol yes, im gonna call soe to demand they credit me my $ .50 for the game being down a day....
and possibly some of us realize that in the real world, "*poop* happens". to cite an example, of you were coming to fix my roof and your truck had a tire blowout on your way to the job, i wouldn't hold it against you in anyway.
