I tried installing MxO on my other computer and it installed fine, but when i try to launch the shortcut (for the 1st time ever on that computer) it says to make sure that matrix.exe is writeable. I don't even have matrix.exe, because it's the 1st time i'm patching it and it hasn't created it yet. I've looked at other threads where people have the same problem, but they say that their EULA thing at least pops up.. mine doesn't. I've checked to make sure everything in the matrix folder is writeable and it is.
any advice?
