I have only seen this a couple times, the first a couple months ago and the second a few minutes ago. Outdoor textures on buildings turn to solid colors, or vanish entirely. A restart seems to fix it. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

I am running on a laptop, so I don't expect things to run perfectly, but they usually run relatively well (minus a bit of lag). I don't think this is a serious issue (or I hope it isn't), considering it has only happened a couple times - and months apart at that. I am mostly just curious about whether or not anyone else has seen anything similar.
