I don't know if this is a known issue, but since it's not fixed, I thought I'd post about it.

Here, I've clicked my free fire button and, as you can see, I have switched to Self Defense style. The NPC is in range for my gun. Then, I use a knife ability; Crippling Throw. In the shot, my cursor is already over the ability in my hotbar as you can see by the details that have popped up. After I switch to spy style, and use the ability, and let my auto-freefire continue it's... auto-freefire..ness... :


This doesn't just happen with NPCs, but with people in pvp as well. It seems when I switch to spy style, I stick with spy style even while I have auto-freefire running. For some reason, spy style decreases my freefiring range considerably. In order to get my shot off I either have to reset my auto freefire with the risk of my freefire not working that round and my timer breaking, or get really, really close to the NPC.
It's not lag, and the NPC isn't farther away than I see him, because this happens with NPCs right up against walls as well.
