After 30, it's hard as hell to level, but then again after 30 you get advanced jobs.  I hear some of the servers quiet down severely after RMT account cancellations.  But, they always pick back up again.

My server is lowbie heaven about a year ago, there were a glut of people playing WHM or RDM.  Now, they PL everyone.
