At the end of the day, it may be cheap, but all the time someone is standing around out of combat stance /Pointing at you, is time that can be used to your advantage to get away.

I could still get away simply enough when /Face was being used, it's a hell of a lot easier now... It's too easy. If you can't get away from someone who is busy typing out emotes or spamming a macro on a wasted hotbar slot you deserve to die IMO.
