New To The Game

Hey everyone, I am new to MXO. Not just new to mxo, but mmo's in general. Sure I played avp online, warcraft and starcraft; but nothing as trivial as this. So I come to you all now with questions and hopefully you'll have answers.

1. How come when I click play movie ( cinimatics) it only gives me audio and no video? Does the video part load second?

2. Is it important to join a group? Do I have to join a crew inorder to survive?

3. Is there an important info I need to know before getting to deep into the game, for example upgrading. Is it easy to mess up how your character develops?

Well I am sure these questions have been asked before and thank all who are answering them.

1. The best way to view them is from here, they messed it up when they made them stream instead of save on your HD and play from there.
2. It isn't important to join a group, but it will make things a lot easier to have a group of friends you can get that little extra help from, they can get you the best clothing and things to make you as strong as possible
3. One thing about MxO, all your stats can be changed with a simple mission so youre not trapped in the same style forever like other MMOs

I best also say that the org construct vendor is where you get that 'simple mission' I was talking about.
