Problem with Account.

Yes, I went through the stickied link to account login issues, was unable to find anything of relevance to my problem there. Apologies if I missed it.

When tyring to login I get the message: "The account you are attempting to log in with is allready in use."

The, "Email help thing?" Eh?

I'd send a /CCR but I can't get ingame. I've sent a few PMs around to TSR's but still no reply. After spending a good hour going through the SOE Knowledge Bank seems to only cover ''Character in use'' problems, not the entire account. 

Reason I've made a thread here is I remember way back there being an "Account Login Issues" thread, where people could just state the name of thier account and have the issue resolved within the hour.
