I'm not aware of as much inter-factional drama in the Merv org as that which exists in the Machine organizations, which is what makes our meetings so successful and worthwhile in the first place.
Machines need the meetings to keep from being torn asunder by politics. There's simply NOT as much inter-factional drama in the other Orgs. But if they can use a meeting to help solidify themselves, perhaps it's for the better. I just don't see Brotherhood'z of Zion abiding by any sort of rules, mandates, or Truces. Just as an example.

Your idea has merrit. If you are serious about this then lets all agree on making this happen. Zion has its own interorg drama it deals with as well. Who's on board?
