I was in Stamos recently, and checked out the Atlas entry for one of my favorite places. It turns out that the Atlas says that The Succubus club is run by one Aine. In fact, the only Exile inside is Grisaille. It's an odd discrepancy. Has this been reported before?

I don't think it has, but I've seen the same bit and wondered about it...
Yeah, I noticed it too. I'd always assumed Aine was one of the people in the VIP room upstairs.

If they ever were to add some new contact missions, meeting the real owner of Club Succubus and many other places we dont really think about could help with us gain a feel of how Mega City is run.
If not contact missions, it would be cool to place a unique NPC in there and give them unique speak that you can read and learn about him and how he came to own the club. The same could be done with other places, unique NPCs with speach, not marked on them map and they teach you more of the back story or many places in the Matrix, it would give people a reason to explore the city properly and learn about it.

Aine is a female exile, bluepills are impressed how she is constantly dressed to fit in the club but to those who know, they are impressed she hides the truth without hiding. She is rumoured to be an old member of the Legion, even being involed with their leader but she doesn't talk about her past.
I don't think Grisaille is supposed to be the owner of Club Succubus or anything, I think that's just where he hangs out 
A lot of those Exiles are in clubs, like Dame White, Hypatia, Indigo, Mandarin, a bunch of others!
I'm sure Aine visits her club a lot, just not when we are around!!
