state debuffs?

Just wondering do the states such as dazed, staggered and off-balance cause any debuffs? I have never noticed but it just made me wonder? As stun stops you from using an ab as does confuse.

Also things like blinded caused by misdirect punch (or any other blinding attack) what is the actual debuff I assume it is a -?% accuracy?

I couldn't find anything for post CR2.0.  However there was this thread for CR1.0, from july last year:

Scroll down a bit to a block of red text and there are fairly detailed descriptions...might give you a slight insight into what they do.  Other than that, i might suggest you test them in-game.

Do a few duels, and keep an eye on your status/bonuses window see what each state does to your bonuses. Otherwise i'm not sure, and i'm unable to get in-game to check.

Sorry i couldn't get anything more current....unless i missed a more recent thread.

I'm aware of the mouse over properties, and the bonus/status tabs, however it's not something i can do right now as i'm unable to get in-game.  I was more wondering if there was an out of game resource i'm missing with this kind of information...moreso for if anyone else asks, i can point them in the right direction.  It's always useful to know the source.
