For the longest time the worst dialogue by NPC's was held by NPC's in standard missions, ie. "If you have an *CENSORED* I'll kick it," "I have a present for you but I forgot to wrap it so I put it in my gun," etc.
Now the Operator (for all three orgs) is rising to the level of extremely annoying (I have nub alts in the other 2 orgs so I know this applies across the board). It's too bad because all of the other main characters are so well articulated. I see the point of providing comic releif, but really now. My operator is constantly "taking me out of the movie" as they say with his unfunny and infantile comments. I'm surprised he hasn't started telling me knock knock jokes yet.
Can we please get a smarter or more acerbic Operator?
