Greetings everyone. I would just like to introduce some of the members of from The Peacekeepers. Harkee, our Zion Liaison was cool enough to be a part of this SMILEY

Honour, family, strength and will. These are the virtues we live and we die by. We are Peace Keepers by name, Peace Keepers by nature.
We are a zion faction fighting for what is right. We believe in the truce that was fought for.

Our aim is to maintain that truce, by whatever means nessacery.
In the long term we seek co existance between human, machine AND exile. We believe there is room for everyone in life.

Although we are a zion based faction, we have lost faith in the Zion Council and Zion Command.
We hope to see the return of Neo one day. He saved the human race and machine race.

I suggest that other factions from all sides take it up a notch or two...or you may be left behind. We arent your ordinary group of people. *Chuckles*

just a quick update, pk has grown in number but what is good to see is that the pk community has spread evenly and we know have a good 25-40 people in the faction and a larger community base (is that about right guys?). Flash Radio, Pk´s random radio station, is up and having its own small success, with its random location parties.

Noticed at least 5 new recruits in the past week. I guess we are finally seeing a faction where RP and OOC are handled and kinda taught inhouse well. Members learn about rp from experience faction chat and from area chat and for me, i enjoy being able to finally see people under level 50 )ie level 17 rping well with others.

Well now what can i say about this faction?

These guys are some of the coolest people you could ever want to meet. Some geniunely hilarious people.. get Kraevac on vent you will laugh soo hard for one.

Anyway.. my time has come to step down as leader and now Melvina is leading The Peace Keepers.

It has been an honour to lead you all!

A little about yourself: Honestly, MxO is the only MMORPG I've actually gotten into and enjoyed; I love what the writers and developers have done and continue to do. And although I'm perfectly OK playing solo, it's always more fun when you can get together with friends and/or fellow crewmates. Staying in character isn't a problem for me, and I always do my best to be respectful of everyone I meet, even if I'm technically "against" them. In other words, no one will get any YOU SUCK type messages from me! The handle, of course, comes from Pulp Fiction: but it's not just a name, it's a lifestyle. Always been a leg man ...maybe a little too much info?
Who referred you to The Peace Keepers / How did you find out about The Peace Keepers: I wasn't referred at all; as it happens, I teleported to a hardline and Melvina happened to be sitting on a nearby bench. This was the only other character I'd seen in the Matrix in two days of jacking back in...she was AFK, but responded to my message anyway; after a while I got brave enough to ask a bit about her and her crew, and it seems to me as if I might just fit right in...

Thank you very much, Commander....I would like very much to join you and the rest of the fine folks who make up The Peacekeepers! Logically (and emotionally), there is no better way to exist in the Matrix than what you've spelled out in your philosophy. The "utopian" or first Matrix of which the Architect spoke may have been a failure...but I do not take that to mean that cooperative living among all is doomed to fail as well.

As we may not cross paths as often as I'd like ((what with the time difference and all)), I wanted to make sure you knew of my acceptance on this broadcast board. Also, I would appreciate very much knowing of any favorite hardlines or gathering places where I might be lucky enough to run into any number of you! Currently I'm catching up after my self-imposed exile; and am playing through the archived missions. Somehow, I know there is a better role for me in this world than as exterminator (insecticide searches? I feel like a bluepill going grocery shopping!)....I would imagine there must be a club you all frequent: perhaps we could meet there someday and I'll show off some of my questionable dance moves!
