Fen, ever stop to think that maybe the reason the machines cannot replicate Sati is that Sati was created out of love between two programs? For the machines to efficiently create another "Sati", they'll have to find two programs who are in 'love' and have them create a program. However, who's to say that they'll get the same result? That is why the machines feel like they need to retrieve Sati.
