Simple way to do Faction "Clubhouses"

Ok.. maybe not super simple, but hopefully doable with MxO's resources.

Let a Faction Claim a Mission area as their private club house.
They or just the faction leader do some sort of special mission (like the Stat Hack).  And the are given a random mission area that they can choose to keep.

Once kept any member of their faction can enter and the mission area will be locked out of the mission system.

Wallah we have "ownership" in game.. sorta.

In keeping with metrics of MMO's you'd most likely want to charge maintenance for the clubhouses.

Added bonus: Let us drop items in this clubhouse for storage and sharing.  (But one thing at a time SMILEY )

There is plenty of space available. Ever reach those areas on the outskirts of every district that you can't get into? There's your answer.

Also, I heard that the original programmers coded like 10 districts for MxO? I could be wrong.

They wanted to code 10 districts, to have MegaCity always evolving, but we all saw what happened with that. 
Aye. I wonder if they ever finished them. Would be a cheap way for SoE to push out some expansions, right? lol
