Though it doesn't include those factions solely ingame, the Factions listing page of the Omega Syndicate site which lists the websites and details of current (and some past) Factions from all three servers, is one of if not the most detailed around. However if you know of one that isn't listed, either your own or another's, it's easy enough to submit the address and info about the fac yourself via a link at the top of the page. If there's anything that needs to be changed, whether with status, descriptions or affiliation, please contact me via PM with the relevant info.
