It's a really cool concept to consider, but the overall effort to implement the change would be overbearing to the devs. It would be really cool to see operatives sport some wicked weapons, if possible I would love to see this come into effect.

Great idea.....but....not gonna happen.
even if it could be done, i wouldn't like it to be brought into the game because...
1. the bugs that would come with it
2.EVERYONE would use the tree and it would just get boring...
