Last night we were made aware that our very own Dubes had been targeted by both Zion and Machine forces, specifically ML and SC respectivelly.
We positioned ourselves in Achan, where the exile Yttri agreed to provide shelter for the young Dubes at her humble adobe. It was me, GDx, Ocelot, Izeburg, Sarlakk, and later came Byond and Galador. Byond and I watched on the rooftop as ML forces came from the N HL and SC came from the C HL. We immediately retreated back to the 8th floor where we were to stand guard and do what we had to do - to protect Dubes from getting killed.
Madbent was the first to show up in the elevator, and soon followed by 6 other MLs until the rest of DE came out from the back room into the elevator lobby....shots fired everywhere, it was madness. The Machines were outnumbered by both other orgs so they did what any other small group would do - wait for the other 2 groups to almost kill each other and pick up the pieces. Yasa got the kill shot on me and down to the ground I went. For some reason, nobodys reconstruction device was working so all that the fallen operatives could do was to lie dead on the ground and helplessly watch the attack unfold.
In the end, Sarlakk was the last DE operative alive, but easily killed by the remaining machines, that proceeded on to kill the now helpless Dubes.
SC was able to gather some information about us, about the blackpill, from killing Dubes. What it is... we dont know...but we will definitely try to recover it from them....Dubes will not have died in vain...
