In order to remove a waypoint, you must type the /removewaypoint command followed by the exact name of the waypoint (without the distance, obviously)
So, if you have a waypoint called "Door" (probably from a mission), you'd type:
/removewaypoint Door
Now, if you need to remove a pesky waypoint called, say... Luggable Detected, you need to encase the entire thing in quotes, so that the system reads the space between the words as a space, and not as a command separator. So, your command would look like this:
/removewaypoint "Luggable Detected"
This will properly remove the waypoint.
