Section 9 could be what you looking for. We are a merovingian faction and are RP mainly, but we do have a few PvPers and are looking to increase that side of our faction.
I would suggest Section 9 or Novus Imperium, both solid factions with strong PvP
Im pretty sure that #1, they are called Section 9. And #2 Dante is not the leader.

No, Dante isn't the leader of S9 but he has been a very helpful recruit and if you cantact him about joining he will relay your message to one of the official leaders or his captain and they will talk to you about joining. Our recruitment procedure isn't strict but we hold a zero tolerance attitude to rulebreakers which we hold on the forum aswell.
((Our main goal OOC is to have a place where we can have fun with our friends, making all the new friends we have is just a bonus))

Basically, we're a gang of mercenaries who are willing to work for anyone, as long as the pay is good. You can see how the RP and the PvP come in with those.
