I haven't been around since the beginning, though I wasn't exactly a late comer...

It really does put things in perspective to see the progress laid out like that... and it's even more impressive when you consider all of the patches and fixes that came in between and along with those big moments. And that's just on the dev side of things.. the players have created such an array of characters, groups and storylines that have wound in between, over and under everything the devs have done. As cheesy as it sounds, everyone, both players and devs, deserves a big hand.

Such memories I dont know if I should laugh or cry..

Flood of old friends come to mind and the great new ones I've made through the entire Matrix process, from beta to today..

This game has been apart of my life for nearly three years and will always be apart of me,the real life friends i've made was all possible because of this game.. I have had my frustrations as well as other people, but when push comes to shove I know i will still be here till the plug is pulled.

Tear Yay this game is awesome, community is great, and the "LET" manages to work out kinks in the game while keeping us entertained. I loved Matrix when I saw the movies. I think the event rots. its the same boring thing as the winter holiday event except some boring smith NPC's with flames and the megacity is not even dangerous like I was expecting it to be or the way to was shapeing up to be by the way I was reading it.. As for the black shirts: it's a wasted effort cus its the same idea from last year. black shirt with words on it, besides some ppl like to run around with a trench coat on which hides most of the letters of what the new shirts say on them anyway. I was really looking forward to ramdom spawns for the event to make it more interesting but last time that happened with the spawns too many people complained and I think thats the reason for this lame aniversary event. the way I see it is: I been thinking postitve for awhile not waiting for the event to happen and I been back stabbed and all I can get is a collector item which means nothing to me. At least during the complete corrupt event it was accually a challance to stay alive to make it feel like I was in the middle of a event. I can picture the people that will defend this event post I made and try to tear it apart with red color word by word that being said: I am just stateing my opinion as I see it. also.... I hate haveing to make posts but this was important enough to me to do this and I hope future events are not a lame as the current one and have somthing more of a danger to it, I got excited for a event that didn't deliver and the sad part is that I should have known this new event was going to happen this way.

There are two (2) weeks worth of anniversary fun, you have only seen one day of it....
How about complaining about it when it's finished?
You have no idea what's in store for the coming weeks...
You never know, the Dev's may be keeping something up their sleeves.... If they have them...

No, I think those sleeves were rolled up a long time ago, MxO has been getting much better in recent months, and it was good to start with.

I don't know, I liked it. Of course things like random spawns-beter designed shirts- smith's flagged for all orgs would be even more welcomed on my side. But really, this is just the beginning, we may get interesting twists on LE's soon.
