i have been missing like 80% of the time as of late. Has it been bugged am i the only one having the problems? Even when im buffed i miss...

Hmm yeah i kinda have the same problem like you, and then most times it says im out of range, or it says i have to wait for the timer while its freaking bugged =S
I noticed range issues using a rifle PvE the other night. Maybe the same bug from before has returned?
Since they removed the free fire spam bug, I have problems using it. My missioning and farming loadout is a hybrid ravager/ballista one. As such, I use free fire to attack from the distance. Since the coming of viral resistance, most of the times my viral attacks just fail and then I use my now not so trusty rifle.
If I don't time well my viral attacks with the firing timer, the system message that I'm out of distance appears and then it just stops. Very annoying and easily reproducible.

I've noticed that i have missed a bit more recently i have to admit...
I've been missing a lot more with sniper... then again most of my shots don't even go through so =/

I sometimes get the your in range but your not bug its annoying for sniping but hey ive got use to bugs so nothing new

are you sure yer target isn't just getting out of range?
NPC are both less than 5 meters of each other. The bug triggers after using any free fire ability while the timer of
your free fire weapon is running. Try it is easy to reproduce.
