Want an effective way to address problems in MXO< buy a couple of shares of SOE stock, then call the investment relations office and ask when and where the annual meeting is. Tell them that as a stockholder you will attend and address costumer grievences that do not get resolved. The last thing any corporation wants is a disgruntled stockholder coming to an annual meeting and telling all the big dogs what a poor job their customer relations department does, and how it loses them business.
