Right, so just to throw this out there to soe/devs. And yes i know it says 'not all may have ...' but still.

1. MxO has no /feedback

2. MxO's /report merely links to the support site rather than using the actual game reporting system which, as the article says, should then be followed up by a support.

3. MxO has no /petition - instead we have /ccr - doesn't make much sense in this nice 'universal' they got going.

4. MxO's /BUG SUCKS. I mean seriously, take a look at it. Full of outdated and incompatible crud. Knowledge Base thats full of html coding cos it it's only supposed to be in /petition afterall. Not that we have /petition. Instructions on how to submit a proper bug report that are firstly completed skipped and secondly, when are found/viewed link to the manual - i mean w.t.f. Then theres the bugging itself, still filled with CS topics and drop downs.

/bug should open a single non tabby window that instructs how to sumbit a proper bug report and link to actually submitting, this also non tabby submission window should only have the relevant bug categories and not CS stuff. Simple as.

I think the in-game reporting system has suffered greatly, because most people realize that we get much faster results by posting about bugs here on the forums.

For that trend to change, the /bug interface needs to be fixed.  I always do both when I find a problem, but here I get a response that lets me know the problem is acknowledged and being worked on.  /bug has no such feature.
