Despite the efforts to deter such a thing, it can still be done. Since only Group Repairs and Restore Group were placed on the same 4 second timer, the loophole is Group Heal 1.0 from the Force Enhancer Tree. Therefore, you can cast this ability (whether or not it has a reuse timer of it's how is yet to be tested, someone can confirm). However, it's still making for very unproductive, taking the fun away from the game in PvP and can be quite the annoyance to people who have sluggish computers, or with the lag that is currently present in Mara server side.
My fix is this, all area heals should be placed on the same family timer, with the same reuse timer. This would prevent spamming of them. All orgs are guilty of it, not just one side. I'm personally sick of it, and for those of you who decide to flame me, spare me. It will do no good, go ahead and stroke your e-egos.
I don't want to hear anything like: "Learn to live with it", or "Get used to it", or "OMGWTFBBQSTFU with teh nerfz!" I hate calling for changes as much as the new person, but this seriously need to be addressed.
I will test this out this evening and provide an update on this. However, if someone can confirm before I can, all the better.
