I've been farming NPCs for health pills with my alts. It would be nice if NPCs would drop consumables closest to their use level. I've been killing lvl 15s and am getting health pill 1 and 2s. I haven't paid much attention to clothing drops as I decompile everything I loot and remake things as needed.
