Elly has been quite busy as of late, and been through alot. However, Zion has recognized her as a valuable ally and she has proven herself worthy of the title they have bestowed upon her.

I read about what happenend the other night in your mission report. I'm so sorry things worked out that way. We should have known better. Now several lives are gone because we put trust where it didn't belong.
But, thats in the past, and both Trastid and WeaponDL wil lbe taken care of in time. Now I have some good news for you.
Because of your recent work for Zion and constant drive to promote our cause we have been given little choice in the matter. But I wouldn't have it any other way, I've always enjoyed working with you, and now we may be working more closely.Zion has asked I promote you to a Contact for out Organization during specific events.
Its obvious that we can't be around where we are needed, but you seem to have the talent to be where you need to be, when its best for you to be there. Because of this, we will use you as our eyes and ears, and a way to speak through you during these events to our other operatives.
I do hope you accept this offer. It would be a great help to Zion.
