CURRENTLY SIMULACRAS AND NPC'S DON'T OBEY THE IL TIMER RESTRICTIONS AND PLAYERS ABUSE THAT "ABILITY" OF THIERS SO THEY CAN THEN PUNT OR WHATEVER. NEEDS FIXING!!!

NPC's have always had bugged IL timers and people using it for shield breaking purposes is nothing new either.

Anyway I am rly pissed of as I try hacker for like once in 3 months and some1 sim comes and exploits the IL timer. It's like their IL rounds are 3 or less seconds and not 4. Can't u check that 9mmfu? Cheers for response.

I think it was intentional on mission NPCs when they made them more difficult but I'm not sure otherwise

Nah they used to even IGNORE the IL timers completely before but now they are still capable of this which is pretty close to it too.
