Swimming, Mathalos and Nephillim present to you the "Best of Syntax" tournament!
The tournament will involve 4 different brackets, Martial Arts, Gunmen, Hacker and Spy. Each bracket will have a maximum of 32 participants. First to sign up gets the spot. The final fight in each bracket will be 2 out of 3 with all before fights' being 1 win wins it. The winner of the MA bracket will face the winner of the Gunmen Bracket and the winner of the Spy Bracket will face the winner of the Hacker Bracket. This tournament takes place on Thursday, March 1st at 2 PM PST, 5 PM EST, and 10 PM GMT. The winner of each of the 4 brackets will be decided on Thursday. The 4 winners will go on to Friday, March 2nd at 2 PM PST, 5 PM EST, and 10 PM GMT to face off in MA vs. Gunmen and Spy vs. Hacker in a 2 out of 3 fight. Those two winners will then fight each other to declare the winner of the tournament in a 2 out of 3 fight. Anyone who wishes to attend may attend. The prizes are as followed, 10 Million Information for each winner of the 4 brackets, 100 Million Information and a few surprise rare items for the winner of the whole tournament. This will take place inside the Sai Kung Dojo right outside of the Sai Kung Central hardline.
The rules are as followed:
- No consumables pills or weapons (Health Pills, Wooden Stakes, etc.)
- No Mobius Code.
- No Tiger Master GI.
- Please wait for the judges to say go before you start the fight.
- You will be required to sit and be killed by one of our judges to clear your buffs.
- You are allowed to jump but their will be no rematches if you get caught in the air by doing so.
- No changing clothes once the duel has started.
- You are able to rejoin, but only once per bracket.
- There is no limit to how many trees you can join.
- Master shadow class is allowed but you can't activate the master shadow ability.
- You can't heal yourself with any self heals.
- No self-buffs allowed (Combat Training, Weapon Boost, Upgrade Master, Combat Enhancement, etc.) We want to see straight MA, Gunmen, Hacker, Spy classes.
If you wish to partake in this tournament please notify by responding to this thread with your name on Syntax and which trees you would like to join, or by E-mailing or PMing Swimming, Mathalos, or Nephillim with your name and the trees you wish to be entering as. Brackets may fill up fast so sign up as soon as you can. Entry fee is 1 million information, it can be emailed to one of us before the tournament or be turned in at the beginning of the tournament. Please remember some may not show up that are signed up so if you haven't signed up you can come and see if any spots are open. 2 million information before the tournament if you wish to have a reduel available to you during the tournament as insurance, if you do not wish to buy this at the beginning and want it later it will cost 4 million information.
