One of my dearest friends has passed and I thought I would leave you with some personal things she shared with me.  Keterina, you inspired me to be a better person, a better leader, a better everything.  I will never forget you and what you did for EPN and for me.  We had so many great times together and I will truly miss you.  You were the best liaison but even a better friend.  I hope you have a huge library wherever you are.  I will think about you often and I will never be the same.  I know you would want us to continue on even without you but it is going to be so hard not to see you there fighting next to me.

7/25/06  This was a write up that was going to go on the MegaCityTimes.

My name is Keterina (pronounced 'Ket-er-eena'SMILEY, and I am the E Pluribus Neo liaison for the Vector instance of the matrix.  I enjoy reading and an occasional bit of writing.  I was freed at an age that was potentially dangerous, so most memories of my awakening are a bit fuzzy.  Ironically, the my awakening was so traumatic that I was sure I was dreaming.  I spent a lot of time in Zion doing inventory and ship repair before I was allowed to perform operations within the matrix.  I seriously began regretting my choice to take the red pill, until I ended up getting to sit down and talk with some of the survivors of the war.  They told me about Neo and how he did the impossible by saving humanity from complete annihilation.  It was inspiring to know that one person could affect so much change.  If one person could save the world, imagine what two, or three, or four could do.  A few months later, I was told that a group of Zionites was branching off into its own organization.  One that was dedicated to preserving the memory of Neo and continuing to spread his message of peaceful union between man and machine.  Deciding to join this organization just felt right.  I got to meet Michael and talk with him.  Apparently he knew Neo personally and was good friends with him, which was really cool to learn.  About two weeks later he appointed me to be the go-between for him and Shimada, and here I am today.

Most of my time is spent doing paperwork and keeping in contact with prominent faction leaders.  Our main focus at the moment is working with Zion to free Niobe from Anome's prison construct.  Michael has stated that she is a great asset to Zion, and her survival can only benefit us in the future.  One of my personal priorities is locating Cryptos.  He was running around the simulation a while back, transforming the RSI's of volunteering redpills to look exactly like him which made his code signature incredibly hard to pin-point.   Being a liaison can be kinda weird sometimes.  People tend to treat me with more respect than I've earned.  I think someone called me "Miss Keterina" one time and it made me laugh.  People will bow formally when they see me, or offer to kiss my hand.  I'll admit it's flattering, but really, I'm too humble to be ingratiated with that kind of honor.  A simple handshake or hug is always nice.   I guess I should start wrapping this up, but I want to give some words of wisdom to those who wish to join our organization.  Please don't be afraid to contact me.  We can always use an extra set of hands if you believe that what Neo gave us is worth fighting for.  Send me an email, or give me a call, and I'll put you through the proper channels.

Thank you for this opportunity.

I am too distraught to add more right now but I will soon. There will be a vigil soon. I'm not up to planning it.  I will leave it up to Archangel to arrange everything.

 With Hope,
